I have had these pants for at least three years and they are my go to for fishing on a boat. I have fair skin and these protect me from the sun, they are cool when it’s over 100 outside, and they dry very quickly if they get wet. They have lasted me three years and are worth the money!! Tons of pockets as well! The material feels soft and it’s stretchy allowing for comfort on a hot fishing day with a breeze. I am 5’9”, 160 and the large regular is perfect. Not too tight and not too big.

These turned out to be so much more than I expected. I took them on a European river cruise this summer and they were the perfect weight to keep my legs comfortable in the cool mornings or when it rained, but yet I didn’t not get hot when the afternoon warmed up (and I get hot easily). I ended up wearing them almost every day so I was thankful that I could wash them in my sink and then hang them to dry and they would be dry the next day. I loved the variety of pockets and that the pockets zipped for more security on the excursions. I just ordered another pair because I think these will be useful even for every day activities.

I’m not a big shorts person, my thunder thighs always chafe so bad. I was worried about the length being too long based on reviews but they’re a perfect length for me and I’m 5’5”, about 165-170 lbs and usually wear a size 12 bottom. I got the large.I don’t know about the reviews that say these feel like pajama pants. They feel like hiking pants. Still make some swoosh when you walk. Slight resistance to bending your leg. But yeah, what you expect for hiking pants.I like the fit a lot which is so hard to find for my body type since I have a smaller waist and big butt and thighs, they’re always too tight in the middle of my thigh and waaay too big in my waist, so I usually just hike in leggings. My only complaint is it does kind of bunch up between the crotch and waist- it is designed to wear high-waisted, so if you wear it any lower it bunches a lot and gives a lot of fabric hanging under your crotch. I think they’d probably be more flattering if they weren’t high waisted or had a slightly tighter stretch fabric on the upper part of the pants to smooth that out.Overall I think these will be the best you can get for hiking without spending $80+ and years looking for something, I’m excited to give them a try.

Love these pants so much, I now have 3 pairs! Light weight, cool in summer (I do only have lighter colors), if they get wet they dry quickly, and the zippered pockets are actually useful sizes. Feel soft and so comfortable. I wear these on construction sites where there are all sorts of things poking out here and there, I still don't have any holes when I've snagged up on something. The cord at the waist helps me get the waist fit just right so Im not constantly pulling them up all day, no matter how much I bend, stretch, or crawl around in them - even with my phone in the side pocket. Bonus: they pack down easily for travel - as in folding or rolling down to a tiny space, and they hand wash and drip dry overnight. Really great pants.

I bought these to walk on the beach in the water and they are perfect! I ordered a small, which was a bit snug around the waste but fit perfectly everywhere else. So I ordered a medium, which was too big everywhere and the cell phone in my pocket would have dragged on the pants. I wore the small on the beach and the elastic was very comfortable and held the pants up. Great pants, dried quickly and kept the sun off my legs!!! Even in 100 degree weather at the beach, they were very comfortable!!

These pants are super comfortable, lightweight, and feel very durable. I bought them to protect my legs from bug bites and they definitely do the trick. I find these pants so comfy that I actually wear them indoors. Because of this, I'm getting a few more in different colors. I can even wear these over shorts or leggings and still feel comfy and not restricted in my movements. I stand about 5'6" and weight about 192 pounds. 33" inseam and 40" hips with 36" waist. I bob between 2XL and XL but decided to get the 2XL just in case. The fit is great. I love the drawstrings at the bottom of the legs and they sit right on top of my feet covering my heels when not wearing sneakers.

I actually love these pants. For a more cargo / hiking / utility style of pant they fit more flattering BUT I removed a star because $40 is way too expensive. The fact is these aren't full utility pants, they have only one pocket on the leg and the regular pockets which zip on the side, that's it. That's another reason why pricing them so high feels like a rip off to me. It's too bad because if they were more like $28 I'd buy one in every color.
