Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Return requirement

1. If you receive a product with a quality issue, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt to process it. Of course, according to the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Returns due to quality issues, as stated above, will be shipped at baleaf's expense, not yours.
2. If you return the item for personal reasons because you don't like it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition and attached with a tag to be returned.
3. Additional promotional items and freebies are excluded from return.
4. We do not accept any returned items without a proper return request. Please inspect your return carefully before sending it. We are not responsible for returns of non-Baleaf products.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for additional promotional items, special offers, vouchers, or giveaways.
Exchange
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.
14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). However, this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us in writing or by email of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
